Throughout class, you'll learn to tune deeply into your body so you can hear its gentle messages and support its health and healing. You'll also gain a better understanding of your energy body, learn somatic healing techniques, meditation and breathwork techniques, and how to calm the mind and nervous system. All while getting a workout and deep stretching. Classes are tailored to all levels.
